Independence square After the proclamation of Uzbekistan's independence in September 1991, "Lenin Square" was renamed in 1992 as "Mustaqillik Maydoni", which translates to "Independence Square" in English. The monument to Lenin was dismantled, and in its place the Monument of Independence of Uzbekistan, in the form of the globe, was erected. Later, in front of the pedestal was set a figure of a woman, symbolising the Motherland.

Independence Square is now the central square of Tashkent; it hosts celebrations and military parades in the days of special events and public holidays.

Alisher Navoi monument Near the Oliy Majlis in Navoi Park is a vast promenade and this post-Soviet Monument to Alisher Navoi, 15th-century Turkic poet and Uzbekistan's newly chosen cultural hero.

Tashkent subway The Tashkent Metro (Uzbek: Toshkent metropoliteni) is the rapid transit system serving the city of Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It was the seventh metro to be built in the former USSR, opening in 1977, and is one of only two subway systems currently operating in Central Asia. Its stations are among the most ornate in the world, and unlike most ex-Soviet metros, the system is shallow.

Amir Temur square is literally the heart of the capital of our country. In the center of the square is a bronze monument to Amir Temur, the great statesman and military leader.
Around the Square of Amir Temur located hotel “Uzbekistan”, Amir Timur Museum, Tashkent Chimes famous and one of the most impressive architectural structures in Tashkent – Palace of forums.

After arrival city tour in Samarkand.

Transfer to Chimgan by car.

Arrive to Cable Car. Leisure Time at the mountains and lake Charvak.

Transfer back to Tashkent.
